Most of the photographs you see on our web site are available for purchase in a variety of formats. Each Art Print is individually printed to industry archival standards, signed and fully guaranteed to your satisfaction for a lifetime of enjoyment. ART CARDS

Art Cards are a simple and inexpensive way to view any of the photographs we offer as prints. Each card is printed borderless, blank on the inside, measures 5” x 7” and includes an envelope. Individual cards are $2.95 each with a minimum order of five cards. Ten or more cards are $2.49 each (excluding shipping). You may mix or match cards – please specify on the order form by the name of print and quantity of each.

ABOUT OUR ART PRINTS

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

All prints are individually produced to the highest archival standards. I use Epson professional photo printers on a variety of fine photographic papers, each of which has an archival timeline of at least 80 -100 years (archival standards are based on research by the Wilhelm Institute - for additional information, go to www.wilhelm-research.com).  Prints are guaranteed to be rich in saturation with excellent detail and balanced contrast which is true to the original scene. No print is ever altered in content or context.

The photographs come from a variety of capture methods I have used over the past 35 years of photography. Whether the photograph comes from a high-rez drum scan of an earlier transparency or from a more recent digital capture, the work flow is the same once it is in the computer and ready to be ‘cleaned up’. The goal of each print is to faithfully reproduce what I saw through the camera’s lens at the time of capture.

PRINT ORDERING OPTIONS:

            PRINT  ONLY – For those who prefer to mount and frame their purchase, we offer the print only. Please note that all prints are shipped rolled in a mailing tube to ensure safe delivery.

             PRINT MATTED – A great choice for those who want the freedom of selecting a frame to match their taste but don’t want the tedious hassle of the mounting process. Each Art Print is professionally mounted to archival standards and then single-matted in white with archival, acid-free mat boards. Double-mats, as well as mats in different colors are available at additional cost. Please send us an e-mail for additional information on pricing for various options.

            THE TRIFECTA – For those interested in a unique look, THE TRIFECTA format features a mounted set of three 5” x 7” photographs of your choice. THE TRIFECTA is offered in either vertical or horizontal formats to fit your decorating needs and personal taste.  When ordering, please select three photographs that you would like grouped together and indicate on the ordering form. The overall finished dimensions are 10” x 28”.

CUSTOM OPTIONS:

Depending on your visual preference, we also offer Art Prints in different aspect ratios such as 8” x 12”, 12” x 18” and 16” x 24” – typically these are referred to as ‘full frame’ prints, i.e., none of the original scene is cropped out of the photograph. We can also offer larger print sizes such as 20” x 30” or 24” x 36”, depending on the photograph. Each of our Art Prints can also be enhanced by adding a different mat color to bring out key but sometimes subtle colors in the photograph. Normally, this is accomplished through using a ‘double mat’ process where a key color is used in conjunction with the standard white mat. At this time we do not offer a framing option. ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION    

1. We prefer to accept orders online using PayPal because it is the fastest and simplest way to order, but some of our print options (The Trifecta and Art Cards) require the order to be placed by mail, phone or fax. If you prefer or need to order via mail, phone or fax, please read the information below and then click here to go to the ORDER FORM.

A) Fill-in the ‘SHIP TO’ information with name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address (the e-mail address is used only for notification of shipment)

B) Select the product(s) you would like to purchase by name, including type of format (print only, mounted or The Trifecta). The same area may be used to order Art Cards.

C)  Payment – depending on your method of ordering, we accept checks, Master Card, Visa or through PayPal.

2. Please allow 3-4 weeks for normal delivery. If you have a special request or need faster delivery, please contact us via e-mail or phone.
3. We normally ship via UPS 3 Day Select – we have found it to be reasonably quick as well as economical. If you need faster service, we can ship overnight or 2nd Day (higher rates apply). UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
4. If for any reason you need to return an order, please call or e-mail first to receive an RA# (Return Authorization). It will help expedite your request by allowing us to anticipate your request.
